The position: it is in a beautiful zone of Paris, full of bars, pubs, bistro and fast foods, but it is very quite and silent; hotel staff is very gentle and offers to keep your baggages for all the first/last day; Metro station in front of the hotel main door;Louvre 1 km away; clean room; new forniture and style.
Room is very small (but this seems to be normal in Paris)
It is a very nice hotel, with helpful, kind and friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. The location is great (the metro station is just in front of the entrance of the hotel).Standard room is a bit tiny but very comfortable and clean. We just loved our staying and we'll definitely come back.
The location is excellent and it is very clean! Staff is very friendly. Close to the hotel, there are several restaurants and Brasseries. For breakfast we would like to recommend "Bogory's Cafe" (just walk left - left, street "Vivienne".)
Since the breakfast is expensive we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel.
very close to the metro station (right in front of the hotel line 8 and 9 stop Grand Boulevards): Very confortable to get by walt for shopping in Boulevard HAussman and Louvre Museum. The family room was very confortable and quite. Be carefull to ask for an inside room as the Boulvard it's very noisy during night. Good basic breakfast.
It's a perfect hotel if you don't need any info regarding museums, locations, shoppings, metro etc. If you are not, the staff doesn't know where the museums are, how to get there (or to the airport) by metro. They didn't reserved us 2 restaurants we were asking for. By the way the resolved a problem by phone with or resertavtion for visint Versailles. To get to GDG Airport we needed 1h and 1/2 and not 45 minutes as they told us.
The family sized room was perfect for us. One bedroom with queen bed and a second room with bunk beds for two teenagers and some chairs. The location was in the nicer areas of Paris.
The hotel does not have free Wi-Fi as advertised. They have free broadband which requires you to have a device that can use a ethernet cable. Had to go to McDonalds to check e-mails and internet.
The location close to the airport bus and directly in front of the metro station. Many restaurants and bars close by, 15 min walk to the louvre. The room was really good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull.
I like the location as it was close to all that one family needs. Next door is Virgin megastore, Carrefour, all famous coffee shops, metro station at the door, Bus open tour stop, and all that you need. Staff were very nice and helpful. they talk fluent English and will provide you with all the information that you require.
I didn't like the fact that the TV is in the room were kids sleep. we couldn't use the phone or watch TV when the kids were asleep. The elevator was very small so I had to carry my luggage to my room on two trips.
We are very impressed with the service level of the front desk. They spoke excellent English and are most helpful. The room is clean and comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. The location is excellent with lots of eating outlets just outside your doorstep. The Metro station is also at your doorstep. I will definitely be going back to tryp Francois on my next visit to Paris. Regards, Olivia Yeoh, Singapore
Pretty nice hotel. Good location as there is a metro stop right in front of the hotel and also about 10-15 min walk to the Louvre.Concierge and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room was somewhat cramped for 4 girls.
Check in service at the reception was smooth and polite. Had a family room booked and it was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to all major attractions in Paris. Walking distance to the famous shopping malls and the Metro station is just at the doorstep. Many eateries, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, and a taxi-stand is just around the corner. If you are only looking for a decent and clean hotel to stay in Paris, this hotel will be a good choice. Hotel staffs are very helpful.
No toiletries avalible in the bathroom. Family room are too small to accommodate four persons.
Great location - 15 min walk to the Louvre. Metro right outside the front door. Hop On/Hop Off bus route goes by the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and was 10 Euros if you joined the hotel chain's rewards program. We had the family room, which had 2 bedrooms (one with bunk bed for kids, other room with very large bed for parents), and a very nice bathroom. The room priced seemed high, but it's Paris, and I believe we definitely got what we paid for. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again with my family.
The hotel was in a good location, where we were able to get to most of the city attractions and also close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and well run. We could also get tickets for the hop on hop off bus straight from the hotel which was great. This bus trip is a must for all tourists. It is a great way to get around and not that expensive.
The hotel was quite expensive by our standards, however Paris does seem to be one of the more expensive European cities. The staff were not that friendly, or helpful but that may be due to the language barriers.
The location is very good. It is just in front of one of the entrances to the Grand Boulevard tube station. Besides that, there are many venues and some nightclubs around.
The guy who stays in the night was very efficient and friendly. But I cannot say the same about the other employees of the hotel. The internet available is expensive and the printer didn't work and the lady who was at the front desk did not agree to make a copy of my boarding pass before living the hotel. But the overall evaluation is good.
Very good location, walking distance from the Louvre. Right outside the hotel is a metro station with 2 lines, so you can go everywhere. Many shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. Very good for tourists. Nice breakfast, clean room, helpfull and kind hotelstaff.
The breakfast was expensive, the room was small.
How clean the room was and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff; comfortable beds and pillows that are pillows not those stupid ones you normally get at a hotel. Great nights sleep.
The crazy price of the hotel and because of that (19 Euro per head) we went outside and spent 25% of the price & no Wifi.
